It is a kidney-shaped nut, a product of Brazil, introduced by the Portuguese to Mozambique and India during the sixteenth century.

Cashew Kernels are graded into white/scorched wholes, pieces, splits, butts, etc. depending on the shape, size & colour of the kernel.

We supply different grades and varieties of Cashew Kernels like:

• 1. WHITE WHOLES: 180, 210, 240, 320, 450 and 500
• 2. SCORCHED WHOLES: SW, 180, 210, 240, 320, 450 and 500
• 3. DESSERT WHOLES: Scorched Wholes Seconds and Dessert Wholes DW
• 4. WHITE PIECES: Butts B, Splits S, Large White Pieces (LWP), Small White Pieces (SWP), and Baby Bits (BB)
• 5. SCORCHED PIECES: Scorched Butts SB, Scorched Splits SS, Scorched Pieces SP, and Scorched Small Pieces SSP
• 6. DESSERT PIECES: Scorched Pieces Seconds (SPS) and Dessert Pieces DP
